When I check the settings on my PS5 when viewing from the monitor is still says that it's max output is 1080p and the 4k option is grayed out. The team at Elgato should create a 5k thunderbolt 3 card, with software to allow using 5K iMacs as displays. Watch as I unbox and install my new Elgato HD60 Pro Internal Capture Card into my NZXT Streaming PC. Then HDMI splitter output 1 is going to my monitor and HDMI splitter output 2 is going to the elgato in my PC. Current setup is PS5 to HDMI splitter input. I read online that it may be possible for the PS5 to still output 4k to my 4k monitor while using the Elgato HD60 Pro in my PC by using an HDMI splitter.
